Introduction

The system lets you create videos using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies based on photos and content the user uploads. Using the system constitutes full and explicit agreement to these terms of use and to PICLY's privacy policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms, please do not continue using the service.

Nature of the service and limitation of liability

The service relies on advanced AI technologies, so situations such as these may occur:

• Animations that are not entirely smooth or realistic
• Distortions, unnatural movements or visual errors
• A gap between personal expectations and the actual result
• A direct effect of the photos' quality on the video's quality

Picly does not guarantee a particular result, complete accuracy or the absence of errors. The service is provided as is (AS-IS).

The user's responsibility for content

The user declares that they hold the rights to the photos and content they uploaded, or have received full permission to use them. The user also confirms that they have received consent from every person who appears in the photos - and in the case of minors, from their legal guardian. Picly is not responsible for any claim or demand by a third party arising from content uploaded by the user.

It is forbidden to upload to the system:

• Offensive, violent or sexual content
• Content that violates privacy
• Content that infringes copyright
• Any unlawful content

Picly may remove content and block users at its sole discretion.

Photo quality and technological limitations

Please note that blurry, dark, group or low-quality photos may lead to a result that is not correct. It is the user's responsibility to use good-quality photos.

Intellectual property

All rights in the system belong to Picly. The photos the user uploads remain the user's property. After full payment, the user receives the right to use the final product created for them.

A sample before payment

The video is first sent as a sample carrying a Picly watermark, free of charge. Reasonable changes to the sample may be requested. The video is delivered without the watermark after full payment.

Payments and refunds

Since this is a personalized service based on AI processing: a particular result cannot be guaranteed, and no refund will be given once processing of the photos has begun.

Service availability

The system relies on third-party services and external AI servers, so delays, faults and heavy load, including temporary outages, may occur. Picly does not guarantee continuous availability of the service.

Limitation of liability

Picly will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the system or from the products created with it.
